Villarreal - Valencia

Had a great Xmas stay here! Loved the clean and well, decorated rooms, plus the friendly and helpful staff. the location was key , close to main tourist attractions and a metro station, with lots of nightlife options nearby.

The breakfast could use improvement , limited options and a small breakfast room meant some guests had to share tables. the rooms were on the smaller side, but still adequate for a short stay.

Helpful receptionists

cafeteria was not interested in serving me, didn't even give me the correct change for my coffee,. Felt the decor was old and tatty, very tired and noisy, situated on a busy avenue into the main city. Very overpriced. I had a downstairs internal room, which I asked for because of the noise, However there was a smell of dampness in the bathroom, it was dark and towel rack fell off the wall. Extremely small room.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, with all the necessary amenities like a TV, WiFi, and a hairdryer. We also loved the comfortable beds - perfect for a good night's sleep. the hotel's location was great. It was located in a safe area and just a short walk away from the city center, making it convenient for exploring the local attractions. We also appreciated the nearby public transportation options, making it easy to get around the city.

One drawback we encountered was the size of the rooms. They were a bit small, which made it a little cramped for us.

The position of the Hotel is very convenient as it is about 300m from the subway station Angel Guimera accessible as from the Airport so as from the city center.The hotel staff was any time ready to help or to advice

The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, I especially liked the small balconies; the hotel is close to the city centre and is perfect for discovering the old town.

The breakfast could have been improved. There wasn't much selection, especially of fresh things. On the other hand, it is relatively cheap compared to other hotel breakfasts.

Close to center of town, very reasonable, clean and all toiletries etc in the room

Room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The bakery below is fantastic.

A bit of a walk from the center of town but good to be in a residential area. The room we first received was drab but then was given a better room with bright window.

on some shifts receptionist could not speak english

Window facing a tiny shaft, dark and boring. Overhearing between rooms, if someone snored loud enough you could hear it.

The Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Great coffee but would have liked a 2nd one. Good location in a quiet and safe area. Plenty of tapas bars etc nearby if you didnt feel like walking. Real value for money.

Beds a bit hard......thin mattresses.

Staff very welcoming. Much needed double glazing kept out the street noise. Room very comfortable given the budget cost.

I got what I expected.

I have known this hotel for more than 10 years and staff is very good and polite , it has been always IS VERY CLSOE FROM THE STATION BY TAXI 4 EUROS , AND CENTRALLY LOCATED . ROOMS ARE VERY SAMLL BUT QUITE CLEAN AND SAFE PLACE TO BE IN

Too small rooms for a couple if on holiday but a trip may be they have few rooms which are big

It was cheap enough, had a lot of necessary facilities, friendly stuff, very cozy room.
